I am fully qualified and insured to soothe you with Aromatherapy massage or facial, Reflexology, Holistic Swedish Massage or Head Massage.
Or you could have a special Relaxology pampering treatment for your feet finishing with a lovely massage if you prefer.
At your first appointment, during the initial 20-30 minutes, we will complete a confidential assessment form and discuss any concerns that you may have. This is to help me find out information on your personal health and well-being, so that I can design an individual treatment plan to suit you best.
Always allow this extra time on your first appointment for the assessment. You won't lose any treatment time!
Then it is time to enjoy the wonderful heated treatment table, and your chosen therapy!
After the treatment, you will have time to continue to relax, and have a drink,
then I will give you advice on aftercare and potential healing reactions.
The benefit of having such treatments on a regular basis will be that you will feel less stressed and sleep better and your general physical and emotional heath and well being will remain improved.
